Applying for a job with ISIS Education and Travel: 1 Read the job specifications and check that the job is suitable for you. Pay particular attention to the distinction between EFL Teacher and EFL Teacher-Activity Leader. Centres tend to require one or the other. If you worked for ISIS in 2007, please use the Returning Staff form. 2 Download and complete an application form . Return this to us by email, post or fax. 3 You will be contacted within 2 weeks to arrange an interview. If you have not heard from us within 2 weeks, you should assume that your application has been unsuccessful. 4 Please ensure that you include 2 references in your application. Any job offer is subject to satisfactory references. 5 Interview will usually be by phone for non-management staff. London based applicants may be invited for a face-to- face interview. Management staff will usuallly be interviewed first by phone, followed by a face-to-face interview in London. Where this is not possible, a second telephone interview will be held. 6 If you have been successful, you will receive a contract, CRB Disclosure and payroll forms. Please sign the contract returning 1 copy to us, along with the completed forms. Depending on the position you have applied for, you will have to send other documentation: for example, copies of your teaching qualification and degree (if applicable); passport, and any documents required for the CRB check. You will need to bring originals on your 1st day of work. 7 2 or 3 weeks before you start work, you will receive details of how to get to your centre and exactly where you need to be. This will include maps and contact details of senior staff.
